2010-11 Preschool Open House March 23 - 3/2/2010
There will be a Preschool Open House at the elementary campus (2233 Diamond Ave) for children who will be in preschool during the 2010-2011 school year. The open house will be at 6:30-8:00 PM Tuesday March 23, 2010. Come find out more information about our preschool programs for 3 year olds, 4 year olds and young 5s, and visit the preschool classrooms.
2010-2011 Enrollment Information - 3/1/2010
Enrollment forms and tuition rates for the 2010-2011 school year are now available on the Enrollment page. (Click on the Enrollment tab at the top of the web site.) If you missed the 3/1/10 PSAS Financial Aid application deadline, you can still send in your form, you will just have missed some of the scholarship deadlines, but could still qualify for aid.
School Year Extended to June 8 - 2/5/2010
We received a letter from the Office of Catholic Schools this week indicating that ASA will need to make up two of the four snow days from December. Because our calendar has been published and some families have made plans, we will be extending our school year by 2 days. So please mark your calendar with the following changes:
Friday, June 4 will be a FULL day of school
Monday, June 7 will be a FULL day of school Tuesday, June 8 will be a HALF day of school/last day of school & closing school mass

School Calendars Available Online - 5/18/2009
The 2008-2009 school calendar has been available on the Parent Links page since last October. We also recently added a PDF version of the 2009-2010 tentative School Calendar. Although some of the dates and times may be subject to change, the main dates, such as the first day of school, breaks, inservices, etc. should remain unchanged.
Labels to Collect - 12/8/2008
ASA will now be saving Spartan UPC labels. We earn money for every label we collect, so please start cutting those UPC labels from all spartan brand products and have your students turn them in to the school office.
We also collect Campbell's labels, Tyson A+ labels, Box Tops for Education, and used ink cartridges.
